About

Our Mission

At The Well of Pensacola, we are a Kingdom Recovery Church under the covering of the Saved Life Christian Fellowship, our umbrella organization. Our mission is to lead people from brokenness to boldness through the Living Water of Jesus Christ, intentional discipleship, and radical love.

Our Story

How the Well Was Dug

I was building my own kingdom—until it all came crashing down. Addiction, pride, and spiritual emptiness left me broken. It was there that I finally surrendered everything to Jesus—not halfway, but fully. That surrender changed everything.

God didn’t just clean me up. He gave me a new life and a new mission.

Through years of discipleship and healing, Saved Life was born. Then came The Quest to Become Recovered, The Order of the Redeemed, and now-The Well of Pensacola, a Kingdom Recovery Church where real people find real freedom in Christ.

We’re not perfect, but we are pursuing.
And we believe you belong here.

Come thirsty. Leave changed.

What We Believe

At The Well of Pensacola, we believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and that Jesus Christ is the only way to true life, freedom, and recovery. We believe in the power of the Gospel to save, heal, and transform anyone who calls on His name.

We believe we are all in recovery—from sin, self, and spiritual brokenness—and that discipleship is the path to lasting transformation.

What We believe

Who We Fight For

A Place for the Broken, the Bold, and the Becoming

At The Well of Pensacola, we’re not building a church for perfect people—we’re digging a well for the thirsty. We are for the addict, the outcast, the church-hurt, the hungry, and the lost. We are for the one who feels too far gone and the one who’s been faking it for too long.

We are for men and women ready to get real, go deeper, and follow Jesus—not just on Sunday, but every day. We are for those in recovery and for those just now realizing they need it. We are for disciples, not just attenders.

If you’re tired of religion and ready for transformation, you’ve found your place.

We saved you a seat.

Rev. Jason J. Day

  • Lead Pastor at "The Well of Pensacola
  • Founder of Saved Life Christian Fellowship
  • Author of The Quest to Become Recovered

Rev. Jason J. Day—known to many as Pastor Jason or "Rev"—is living proof that no one is too far gone for God to redeem. Once bound by addiction, prison, and homelessness, his life was forever changed when a pastor asked him, “When are you going to stop building your own Kingdom and start building His?” That question marked the beginning of a complete surrender—and a new mission.

Now a husband, father, and recovery pastor, Jason leads Saved Life, a ministry born from brokenness but anchored in hope. Through The Quest to Become Recovered, he equips others to walk from addiction into freedom through Christ.

Jason’s message is clear:  “Be who God intended you to be. Do what He intended you to do.” And his life proves it’s never too late to start.

Samantha “Sam” Day

As co-author of The Quest to Become Recovered and wife to Rev. Jason J. Day, Sam (as she likes to be called)  brings wisdom, clarity, and quiet strength to every aspect of the ministry.

A gifted teacher and curriculum developer, Sam has helped shape a discipleship journey that is both theologically rich and deeply personal. Her voice brings grace, truth, and healing—especially to women navigating recovery, identity, and faith.

Her faith, discernment, and unwavering love helped break chains of shame and fueled the birth of this ministry.

More than a partner—Sam is a builder, a teacher, and a woman of faith whose life continues to impact generations. She serves faithfully through The Well of Pensacola, her writings, teaching ministry and as a loving mother to their children, including their miracle son, Little Alex.

Our Model

A Movement of Recovery, Discipleship, and Kingdom Expansion

The Well of Pensacola is more than a local church—it’s part of a growing Kingdom recovery movement under the spiritual covering of Saved Life Christian Fellowship.

We are a discipleship-driven fellowship of churches, ministries, house gatherings, and recovery communities committed to one truth:

We are all in recovery—from sin, self, and spiritual separation.

Our model isn’t about building empires. It’s about digging wells—places where people meet Jesus, find healing, and step into their God-given calling.
