At The Well of Pensacola, we believe every follower of Jesus is called to serve. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned disciple, there’s a place for you to make a difference. You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to be willing.

Serving is part of your discipleship. It’s how we grow, how we give back, and how we carry the mission forward together.

• Because Jesus came to serve—not to be served (Mark 10:45)

There’s a team for every gift, every passion, and every personality:

• 👋 Hospitality Team – Greeters, welcome center, coffee
   
• 🎶 Worship & Tech – Musicians, sound, media, livestream
   
• 🛡️ Security Team – On-site safety and coverage
   
• 🧒 Kids & Nursery – Loving our littlest disciples
   
• 🙏 Prayer Team – Lifting up needs and walking with people
   
• 💬 Outreach / Street Ministry – Taking the Gospel to the streets
   
• ☕ Café / Good Grounds – Serving drinks and smiles at The Well
   
• 🛠️ Setup & Facilities – Help prepare the house each week
