Baptism is a public declaration of a personal decision. It’s the outward sign of the inward work Jesus has done in your life. At The Well of Pensacola, we believe baptism is a beautiful, powerful next step in your recovery, discipleship, and walk with God.
🔹 What Baptism Means:
- It’s a step of obedience to Jesus’ command (Matthew 28:19).
- It symbolizes your death to sin and new life in Christ (Romans 6:4).
- It’s a declaration that your past no longer defines you—Jesus does.
🔹 Who Should Be Baptized?
If you’ve placed your faith in Jesus and surrendered your life to Him—even if it was just yesterday—you’re ready. Whether you’re new to faith, returning after a long journey, or coming out of addiction, baptism marks a new beginning.
